Healing — it takes time
The last couple of weeks have been anything but casual. It feels like I’ve been dreaming—or living in a parallel reality. I was forced to take a break, rest, and endure certain situations—situations I chose to experience.
I’ve been in my feelings too… I’ve noticed I don’t really know how to be still. Being physically and mentally unavailable has made me feel guilty and ashamed. Yeah, those are the lies I’ve been fighting.
Thank God, every time I go through these thought patterns, I always tell myself: “Okay, what’s the opposite scenario?” Then I take a step back to gain perspective. Sometimes, I just run to call the people who speak life over me and challenge me to evaluate my circumstances from a healthy point of view.

1. You’re not behind — you’re healing.
Healing is progress. It may feel slow and invisible, but it is the groundwork for everything i’m dreaming of building. Your energy is going to return. Your confidence will rise again. Your creativity will flow again — probably in a deeper way because of this exact moment.
2. It takes time, it’s a transition.
You didn’t make a mistake by choosing this process. It was alignment — something you believed would support your vision and how you show up in the world. What truly matters is the intentions behind your actions.
3. Feeling low doesn’t cancel your purpose.
Your calling is still yours. Even if you're not feeling “on fire” right now, God doesn’t revoke your dreams when you’re resting. The ultimate goal is not your performance, but the state of your heart.
